but i think nobody is denying that microsoft tries to get players of every category because in the end all just want to make as much money as possible, if sony, ms or ninty.

I don't own ps3 and have only a Xbox/wii/wwiiu

i bought that game was the easiest piece of crap game with broken controls.

the whole idea of kinect is for games to apply to casuals by dumbing down the controls.

most of the arcade games are cheaper on pc and don't ask for a high end pc he'll some I use a simple laptop.

halo4 and the car game can't be enough for a hardcore gamer just like Nintendo 2011 but with xboxthis has been happening for like 3 years straight.

the problem of kinect is that it doesn't work with core games like you see with steel batallion and not that they dumb down the games for casual gamers. that's the only way to make the games work, that's all. if kinect would work much better we would see many more games with more complicated game mechanics. if fable would have been possible with real mechanics and not only rails they would have made such a game.

and i'm happy with my 360 and i'm a "core" gamer so no clue why some people like you always try to tell everyone that it's not enough. most games are multi-plat, that's no difference with ps3 and if you count all the exclusive sales for ps3 you will see most ps3 owner can't really own more as 1-2 exclusives so it doesn't seem to be so important as some try to tell others.

i bet i own more exclusives for my 360 as most "core" gamers on ps3 (btw i also own a ps3^^)
