Probably not, it's made in the USA.  And it's a new IP.  And the only Japanese-friendly characters are Toro & Spike.  And it doesn't have the words "Monster", "Animal" or "Dragon" in the title.

and i thought people in japan like those fighting games, if "real fighter" like tekken or something like this.
