ok seems like i was wrong, they only cut ucharted 3 so fast to 19.99, not drakes fortune and 2 which has still a higher price officially if i understand it correct (no clue why they did it with 3 then) and i don't know but i don't believe nintendo would have sold gt for 19.99 only so short after release because it's not as if it was a sales flop^^
but still, if a game doesn't sell much before a price drop but good in the long run it still could mean a loss. not talking about ps3 games here, just in general so i think it is important to sell good from beginning if the games have been very expensive to produce which is hard to say from game to game.
