I skipped last year's, and I don't believe anyone took up the event afterwards. But three out of four years ain't bad!

That's when I'm planning on sending my gifts. 
The dates are open enough to accomodate the likely sales dates, especially since they tend to take place over two weeks. Scuttlebutt has it that it's starting this year on the 20th, which will hopefully draw in some last-second interest.
