Yup, it's true, there is still a ~250K overtrack unadjusted.

And probably none for 3DS, right? Not that 3DS has been almost constantly overtracked in USA these past few months

250K in vita numbers is ~7% of its marketshare, 250k in 3ds numbers is ~1%. 3DS had to be overtracked by more than a million and a half to be overtracked the same as the vita percentage wise.
