Neither i thin, as those were fine IMO. The slowdown I think came when you moved in and out of programs on the OS - say going from Miiverse to the Friends List, or the Friends List to Netflix or a Game. Once you're in the program, howver, whether it be the internet browser, a game or Miiverse, the Wii U worked fine with no slowdown.
