Actually, Vita is in the same generation as the 3DS, but both should not be considered the same generation as consoles. 3DS may have the most million sellers but the Vita really hasn't even been available in the US for 12 months so that isn't anything to hang the hat on.

Yeah, 3 months from now Vita will definitely have more million sellers than 3DS.
