Well, consider that 3DS sold 250k during the same week.

Which is f-ing terrible in itself considering I think 3DS did 500k last Black Friday. 

I'm not sure what the hell NOA was even doing this year, maybe their plan was to let retailers discount and clear out all their their DS stock for Black Friday to give the 3DS the runway for December. Or maybe NOA is just that incompetent.
