Twisted Metal would course have a disproportionately high first week. It's a long established hardcore franchise. But most importantly, its online was broken after release which killed its legs. If it had a working online, I have no doubts that it would sell a million. Look at other Sony exclusives like Ratchet & Clank, which go on to sell 1.5-2.5m with sub 100k first weeks in USA. Now consider the fact that PABR would automatically have a disproportionately low FW because its a new IP. It's should have enough legs to sell at least one million, even without bundles which I think it will have.
