There are a few more drops of water in the last pic for the Wii U version. If you look at the man's shadowed area on his body, the 360 version only has 2 drops dispersed across that entire area. The Wii U version has 6!!!

6 is 3 times more than 2. The Wii U is 3 times more powerful than the 360!!!
EDIT: (Also, the Wii U version has clouds and a blue sky, the 360 version only has white smog. And the Wii U water looks cleaner. The power of Nintendo's blue ocean strategy saving us from water and air pollution!!!)
