Graphics card is a HD 5770.

Graphics are a bit better as I run all games at high, I only have a 720p monitor so I'm missing out on 1080p.
Framerate is the goal for me, not graphics, I need the game to run at 40-60fps on PC. Moving the camera with the mouse really exaggerates lower and more erratic framerates and I can't lock the framerate at 30fps.
