No these are shipped numbers.  You can't ship digital content.  

You can count digital sales towards shipments though. If digital sales were excluded from the 125m figure, then Zelnick would have mentioned them separately to make his company's numbers look even more impressive. The fact that he didn't suggests that digital sales are already included in the 125m figure. This also makes sense in light of the iOS releases and 11m additional sales for the franchise since last year.

That makes sense and i could see that.  Did not know they counted digital towards shipped.  Thanks.
