Microsoft needs to do something though in their fight against a rapidly growing threat (Google). The 40+ billion bid may have seemed like a bad decision but if it helped to keep their core businesses safe it would have been more than worth it. Microsoft needs new leadership because in my opinion they should be doing a lot better online and with the 360 (bad decisions have cost millions of console sales, lost opportunities of buying successful game developers, and keeping their internal studios happy).
