Looking at the game with screenshots, it looked almost indistinguishable from the Wii and 3DS games. Actually playing it, it was a different story. Even watching a review (I think it was IGN) didn't prepare me for seeing the game up and running on my TV or the Wii U Pad.
The world map, the baby Yoshis, the motion controls (took me several levels to realize they were in the U Pad as well!), the creativity--I could go on and on. Anyway, I was one of those guys that really enjoyed NSMB2 on the 3DS. Playing this game really shows that the "A Team" worked on this title. It's everything I wanted the 3DS title to be.
