Regarding the 3DS I see no reason for concern. Reggie made it clear that stores have been knocking out the DS at bargain basement prices, or as he put it "significant deals".

You don't expect people to turn up their noses at such a bargain, do you?

Come the end of the year the picture will be much clearer.

It's not sold out though, demand was lower than the original Wii, and Nintendo had enough stock to at least match that of the first Wii.(probably more)

We've seen people posts about how they've seen Wii U's on store shelves. I know I have. It's not sold out, this is just Reggie doing his PR speak.
