Because usually there IS an agenda. I have numerous times seen microsoft fans posting negative posts about sony and of course I see the reverse with sony fans posting negative threads about MS. People say that they dont have an agenda and that they are really just posting news neutrally but you can usually tell when someone is enjoying that a certain console isnt doing well in some regard even if those people are not out and out trolling.

I agree with Fauzman. Oftentimes posters are unfairly identified as fanboys simply for providing a counter-argument, but that doesn't change the fact that there ARE people here with an agenda. And it poisons conversation like nothing else.

Still, this site is light years ahead of other forums in terms of intelligent debate.
