The only real problem I have with a review of a console is that a launch impression is not necessarily indicative of a system's true worth, as that is constantly changing over time. A console may start bad and gain a tremendous game library over time, or vice versa.
In any case, this is closer to what I personally would award the system than the number IGN gave it, as it already has a AAA title with NSMBU (my opinion), a diverse launch library, good tech and loads of potential.
