Oh, I see it, and it's weird .
I usually go to Youtube, click on Share, then Embed. If I go this route then the old code isn't there. However, if I find the video already embeded, like your post, I can click the Share button at the top of the video and there, the option to use the old code appears.
It's a bit weird.
Please excuse my bad English.
