Of course, not. It's rule of thumb for everyone who's importing Nintendos, they never do universal AC adapters, get 3rd party 110-240V adapter (if there's any, which I doubt at this point) or buy step-down transformer... or just buy it from your local distributor. Furthermore, not a single Nintendo service is accepting credit cards from another region. Nintendo is not import-friendly.
