But we're talking an overall market or an overall number, we're just comparing the two games. I used a fact, that a console owner tends to more games for their consoles than a portable owner, to support my idea that the PS3 version will outsell the 3DS version

What I'm saying is that that idea doesn't support your argument, as we're not talking about one person buying EX Troopers, but every person that buys EX Troopers. Just think about it... attach rate does not mean a thing for FW sales of a game. Total software sold means a lot. If there's more people buying software on portables (for a while), there's a higher chance of it selling more on portables, because the TOTAL software sold on portables is higher than the TOTAL software on consoles.

Think about it. To make an example... imagine a system that sold 5 units and each of those five users bought 50 games (wow! 50.0 attach rate). Now make a multiplat game with the 3DS (2.44 according to you). Which will sell more? 3DS, period. The other version will sell 5 copies at most. This is not the case with PS3, as it has potential of selling one game more than the 3DS version for a number of reasons, but definitely attach rate is not one of them.

You may be right (heck, I also thought PS3 version would sell more), but not because of this specific reason.
