switch weapon to something with higher attack, or refine weapon. use more attack up cards. dont bother with defense, since at this point of the game, even with allocating every slot for defense, you'd still get one hit killed more often than not. switch to assassin or cleric. assassin can attack really fast, though weaker, more attacks yields more damage. for cleric, spam the air combo triangle x 4, circle. its the charge move thingy that makes a circle and does an insane amount of damage, not to mention it hits multiple times. you'll be able to get away with a lot of free hits since grendel will be trying to destroy the gate. |
Oh, I'm an assasin. Like I said, I deal incredible damage. He circle was fully and completely red for about 3 minutes with all armor broken off. I don't believe you can kill him. You're supposed to distract so they can fire up the cannon/laser.
