BTW the browser it is probably good, but "like others tablets experience" is a false statement. you can't pitch to zoom. he didn't show on the video, but does a double click zoom in and out? if its just with the buttons on the bottom it is even farther then i thought. but then again no one bought it to surf the web... no big deal. |
Ninty is doing a lot of updates to the WiiU and to the games like Nintendo Land, so it's clear that they are trying to iron out some of the 'little' issues that the system and games have, sooner rather than later.
I can't tell from your post if you already own a the console, but the browser is very good IMO, and to zoom in and out is very easy on the Gamepad as you just have to move the right stick up or down. And buy the way, to surf the web, is one of the reasons I bought the Wii U, considering how crappy console browsers have been in the past

i believe nint will do it... no question there...
no, i do not own a wii u... that is why i did that question... was talking about tablets and for obvious reasons i did forget about the buttons and sticks (lol at me)... nice option. Although, i think everyone can agree that a multitouch would be more natural for smartphone and tablets users to "jump in". it is natural that a brand new console, have a better web browser than other 6 or 7 years old consoles... if it was the other way around, would be a clear sign of the end of times... LOL still... does the double tap zoom in/out?

Hmmm, I'm not sure, as I don't own a table or a touchscreen phone, so doubble tapping the Gamepad (or even pinching) never crossed my mind
. Being a gamer, I just stuck to the sticks and single tapped when I needed to. I have to check a bit later what, if anything, double tapping the Gamepad screen does - or maybe someone else can confirm before then.
