I'm going to be nice here and point out that games such as Mario and Zelda have had years of experimentation in the handheld space, and in the beginning is wasn't exactly great (except for Zelda). Remember how Super Mario Land was of lesser quality and was made by a different team, and how that team eventually got it right in later installments?

The main difference though is that Nintendo made a brilliant maneuver by making Tetris the pack-in game. An accessible, brilliant experience that would be great on any system, but just feels right on a handheld. I'm hoping that Sony can pull off more games with that kind of feeling while continuing to improve on the promising Uncharted and Gravity Rush games.

Have you played any of said watereddown ports on Vita? It seems to be a echoed belief from people who have not tried the games either from a friend, in a store, or own a Vita.

The fact it took Nintendo a few tries to get it right doesn't speak on what Sony has done with these titles right now. If anything I think it just shows that people have a hard time accepting change of any sort, hence it took an entry or two before ppl accepted SM on portable. They are all good, with the exception of CoD of course. If people were saying "Oh well, I'm just not that into uncharted" or "I am not into playing that type of game on handheld", I can live with that. But to call it a watered down port when its really doing everything right(for the most part) for what we expect from a handheld version of it.......is unacceptable to me.
