Honestly it has been getting some of the most varied reviews I have ever seen for a single game. It seems like it really depends on whether or not you buy into the genre. But if you are looking for CoD: Zombies, this isn't the game. 

No I want true survival horror, but it seems many people has hated the game and I'm not understaning why yet

If you read the negative reviews, its because that reviewer thought it was something different from a survival horror.
