Well aside from big multis like GTA V, Tomb Raider and Dead Space 3 the only exclusive MS has for 360 Next Year is Gears of War: Judgment.

I dont see any reason 360 players will buy much more games for 360, 720 is coming out and all MS resources are focused on its launch right now.

360s best days are behind it. Halo 4 and Forza Horizon are amazing but next year the Console will die SW Exclusive Wise.

No reason to keep making exclusive to 360 just bring the 720 with a great launch line up and drop the price of 360 to 129$, it will keep selling because of Kinect and Multis just like Ps2 but its time to move on.

So just abandon the 360? Great idea.....

It is looking pretty barren for 2013 though. Looks like they are really preparing for next-gen, but they releases Forza and Halo this year, and Gears early next...they will have nothing to push their next console.
