chill out guys..and never underestemate japanese people with their experience with tech.. I'm sure they know the wii u is strong enough ;)

It's 100% credible and is 100% the speed the RAM is rated to, it might be able to perform a bit faster but what it's rated at in writing on the chip when looking up the data on spec sheets will be what it is guaranteed to run at without failiure.

Manufactuers using RAM chips don't overclock RAM unless they have special cooling in places for overclocked editions of graphics cards or in rare cases for normal low speed system RAM where a particular run of chips is performing consistently above standard.
