1. Great, you agree that Uncharted had a great impact on the industry. 2. Great, you agree that Sony/PS3 were necessary for Uncharted's existence. 3. This does not make sense. You just admitted that Uncharted had a great impact on the industry. You also admitted that Sony/PS3 were necessary for Uncharted's existence. Take this sentence: The PS3/Sony were necessary for Uncharted's existence. You have agreed to this. Now substitute "Uncharted" with "Uncharted's impact on the industry." This should be fine because you agreed that Uncharted has had a great impact on the industry. Therefore, you should also agree to the following. The PS3/Sony were necessary for Uncharted's impact on the industry. Now, just changed "Uncharted's impact" to just "a great impact" and you must also agree to this: The Ps3/Sony were necessary for a great impact on the industry. You should agree to this final sentence because I've only included things that you've agreed to. And this sentence, more or less, says the PS3 was at least a partial factor in shaping this generation. If you still cannot understand this, then I won't respond again. I've spelled it out to you as clear as possible. If you still can't see it, then there's nothing more I can do. - - - - As for everything else you've written, it doesn't matter if Uncharted was more influential than Call of Duty or Gears of War; that's not the point. The point is Uncharted was influential. Also, the fact that you continue to say things like,"Sony had nothing to do with how Uncharted finished." even after the link that explicitely stated that Sony directly told ND to change Uncharted shows me that either you have a really short memory, or you're being deliberately obtuse. Either way, it's growing tiring. |
Im being obtuse? Ive told you exactly why I think its not yet you keep pushing it on me. I dont even think Uncharted is the most influetnial game this generation.....
