I'd say the 360 overall. Aside from the obvious things like online features, achievements, DLC etc, the 360 redefined the download game. At launch, the typical XBLA title was a retro-game/mini-game. MS the released Shadow Complex which redefined the scope and production expectations behind these titles. MS' exclusive titles often also have a supporting web portal infrastructure for sharing game generated content and stats, along with the usual forums, which has seen wider adoption.

While the Wii's control scheme was innovative, my opinion is that the titles themselves are mostly traditional nintendo fare and the control failed to live up to (my) expectations of being able to chop people up with a sword. :D

And no slight on the excellent PS3, but it hardly bought anything new to the table.
