46. Knights of the Old Republic (2003) (PC)
45. Final Fantasy XIII-2 (2012) (PS3)
44. The Witcher 2 (2011) (PC)
Next is a game, that put's you in a sandbox, but not in the actual city one might have hoped for. And still lacks being "detective" things despite being the worlds greatest detective.
But it's still a great game.
