And Eurogamer gave the game a 9/10. This looks like the type of game you either love it or hate it.

Depends on whether you like cricket bats or not.

I'll give you that, it looks like a really boring and repetitive combat mechanic. But not all reviews agree on that, so this game sits in a weird spot tbh.

So far it reminds of Catherine a little bit actually. Some people love the gameplay and it's difficulty and some people despite it for that very reason. Both games are completely different but the same logic can be applied.
