I suppose they have already implemented the choice for sales with the 3DS. I remember Zen Pinball was on sale for a week or weekend awhile back then it went back up to the regular price. Some eshop games on 3DS are a little pricey when compared to the same game on Steam. It would be nice if they started getting closer to Steam prices but I know they will always be a little more money on the eshop. I didn't mind paying extra for World of Goo (Wiiware), Mutant Mudds (came out on eshop first before Steam then they gave 20 bonus levels through a patch after PC release), etc..
