Doesn't seem likely. If the PS3 releases November next year, then it would need to sell 15m from now to then in order to reach your prediction. The PS3 has never sold 15m/year and its definitely not going to happen in 2013.

PS3 exclusives will be flooding the PS3 in 2013. It will inspire sales at all points of the year. It could happen.

with a price cut, GTA, God of war, The last of Us, beyong two souls, and metal gear along with other games like the next CoD and AC. its might sell 13 million next year. though its a bit of stretch. i would say 10-12 million.
