New Super Mario Brothers U Two.
That would just sound too... awkward. Like LittleBigPlanet Karting. Just a bunch of words added together that don't make a lot of sense to the casual observer. NSMBU/2/Wii/whatever is already stretching it, imo. That's probably why Nintendo shortened Brothers to 'Bros.' Yes, obviously!
