You can add Valkyrie Profile, Star Ocean and Front Mission to this list.

The first two because it doesn't look like tri-Ace will work with Square-Enix again, and the last one because that aberration called Front Mission Evolved killed it.

Not really, those games have had a release in some form this generation but the one in the OP (except for .hack) hasnt seen the light of day this generation :/.

Tri Ace made remakes for both the first and second Star Ocean for the PSP 2009 and later and there was a Valkyrie Profile for the PSP (in 2005/6?) and a spinoff on NDS later on.

Tri Ace also usually makes one Star Ocean console game per generation but I can see what you mean by no more new games being made unless they do either a remake of Blue Sphere for the 3DS/remake of SO3 for the consoles or another prequel since they pretty much destroyed the universe in SO3 l0l.

If I'm not mistaken tri-Ace and S-E had a dispute over the PSP port of Star Ocean so they won't work with S-E again. And tri-Ace doesn't own the rights of those franchises.

Really? Didnt know they had a dispute o.O.

Yes I know Tri Ace doesnt own the franchises which can mean a good thing or a bad thing in the long run depending on how they use the IPs or if they even bother to do anything in the first place.

There is nothing good about it.
Look at SquareEnix - They suck hardcore. The only sane person there is Nomura and he isn't allowed to work as he wants to either cause SquareEnix still tries to conquer the CoD Community.

Most of those J-RPG Series won't see any daylight for except Handheld games like for example Kingdom Hearts in this whole Gen(except maybe for the PS3 HD Remakes).
Most J-RPG Games did poorly on the beginning of this Gen mainly cause they got released on the WRONG console. The Tales of Studios nearly had to shut down cause they bombed so hard with Vesperia. But gladly Tales of is so big in Japan that they could redeem their self with going Sony only again.Yes Sony saved them cause Bamco and the Tales Studios came back to their senses.
SquareEnix on the other hand(except for Team Nomura) isn't that smart - They rather destroy their franchises more and more or don't even think about bringing them back.Capcom is the same way > Resident Evil is to big and we need the attention of the CoD Community.Sorry but i don't want Breath of Fire with US Soldiers and guns.Let it where it is till the days come where no one cares for Copy+Paste Shooters anymore.
And all the other J-RPG Series aren't big enough in Japan for huge HD Projects - Most of them got Remakes or Spinoffs for Handhelds.
Those who don't have the money used the Wii for some projects and others are still rumored to be in development like Persona 5.

But yeah - 90% of the series won't come back until we reach a time where there is a chance to
A) Be as strong as they were in the PS1/2 Era
B) Taste in Gaming is changing again back from Shooters to a more opened mindset.
C) Companies with huge IPs don't try to westernize their beloved Franchises anymore.

Will probably not happen in the near future.
Development costs are rumored to be double the price for Next Gen
People are crying if a game doesn't look like from the future but at the same time no one is buying them.So they stay niche(except FF but even that is having trouble against Tales of now in Japan) and will come with "decent" graphics.
Don't think we will see any huge Projects from Franchises that aren't Final Fantasy anymore.
Maybe with Crowdfunding,Android,iOS and Handhelds and Episode Releases for PSN/Arcade cause those games can be beautiful too cause those devices are getting stronger and stronger.
