So sure, it's possible. On the other hand, every other team* is also constantly building itself to be better, so Miami won't be ahead simply in that regard.

right thanks,i love the commisioners approval so they'd stop a lot of the best going to one,must be interesting when one more is too much or do NFL chiefs just know,i'd like them to try that in soccer over here it would be hilarious,the poor commisioner but of course our system is already lopsided
