I was second at my local Gamestop (I believe someone who worked there was first). I was in there yesterday picking up the "Nerf Armor" early so I could pick the color I wanted (Black/Blue, as opposed to the Black/Orange or Black/Pink). He let me know they were back there, I failed to convince him to give it to me before Sunday though.
