It's really hard to determine what Paul's views really are. He campaigns on being a constitutionalist, but when you read his writings, and listen to speeches like this, he's advocating minarchism... with anarchistic language.
The fact of the matter is, Paul was good friends with both Lew Rockwell and Murray Rothbard... and I don't see how somebody of Paul's views and intellect can associate with these people and not become a full-blown anarcho-capitalist.
