Other aspects I'd agree but don't tell me you aren't familiar with PS Plus. At least for the US this is a 6 game insant game collection, 1/2 of the PS3 offering. It will be nice to know what annual quanitity we should be expecting. I expect a decent level, maybe 1/2 of the PS3 one, so 24 games or something around there. They can always dig into PSP titles to not affect the new Vita game market. I'd guess the three full Vita titles they have now aren't being replaced for a long time.
PS Plus is not a compensation package, it's a business approach that can be leveraged for advertisement, content sales, and premium features.
Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(
