What PC data? Do they mean pictures, and media like music and vids?

In the US equivelent that came out yesterday, Nintendo mentioned in future updates the ability to access Nintendo ID via PC and cellphones, it may have something to do with that.

Yeah, they have mentioned that a few times, but I thought it was a way to acces Miiverse and the social aspect of the console.

Oh, well. We'll see.
