If I remember correctly the Wii U's finalized units didn't go out until April of this year. And there are quite a number of games coming out for it. You really don't needs a final SDK to make a game. You just need one to test the made game. So games that are in the beta forms when the final kits come out have a high chance of being launch titles. Though if this is true I wouldn't expect many.
