That sucks.  I bet Lair really hurt their reputation and options.

I loved Lair :P.  They did have a publishing partner in Brash Entertainment.  They were working on a Superman game (And Flash I believe).  But Brash went out of business and Factor 5 had no other options but bankruptcy.  They even ported Lair tech to the Wii to try to get some games on the Wii made, but Nintendo didn't want them before, sure wouldn't want them now.  Same with Lucas Arts.  They were just in a bad situation.  Though a lot of this could have been avoided if they just delayed Lair, polished it, and sent proper copies to reviewers, they wouldn't have lost Sony as a publisher.
