I hope it's the most powerful of the three next gen consoles, but at the same time, easier to code for, so we don't see shoddy ports again, lol.

It will be fine. They wont make the same mistake twice. They know what they need to do now. We'll all find out soon.

Yeah that's what they said about the Vita too....

What's that suppose to mean? Did they launch a handheld system that is selling at a loss and is hard to code for? Don't be that guy.

One of PSP's biggest flaws was it tried to mimic console gaming.  While this worked at first it eventually stagnated.  The Vita is doing the same thing with a high price point like the PS3's launch with no titles that appeals to a mass amount of people.  They learned nothing from the PSP or the PS3 launch looking at the Vita.  That is what that meant.

Well how about you take your cheap shot analysis elsewhere. Console gaming on a handheld isn't a flaw, it's an overused justification. Games are games. Console games present a level of quality, one that is more on board with modern tech levels. The Vita reaching that level isn't a bad thing. It means better games. There are plenty of great games on the Vita, ones that appeal to a variety of people.

Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(
