Yeah it's nice to customize things, but I was in the Sony store looking at one of their new Android phones, and my GAWD, whatever base interface they were using was ugly as sin (straight out of 1996) and was slowing down just by swiping through the main screen icons.

It's whatever demo version they had on the newer Sony Xperia phone at the Sony store as of yesterday in my area. Shrugs.
