The fact is that Sega failed due to being poor at running a business.. Nintendo is great in this regard and won't have the same issues.
Secondly the Sega Genesis and the 360 were both hugely successfull. Who care that they didn't acheive 1st overall in terms of install base. Install base is way over rated.
