 kind of. He started it pointing out that he cannot speak German well. as Austrians have quite an accent and usually dont speak "high" German (many Germans dont either) it was meant as a comment in the same direction as hisown intention.

 Sorry didn't know that you were from Germany ^^''.  I thought you were serious about   Austrian = language.
