True. We're getting GTA V around March next year so that combined with the next COD and the release of Battelfield 4 should make for an exciting year for the industry. I think the YoY decline will finally stop.

Of course also the possibility of new consoles.

Huh?  No chance. 360 and PS3 will be down in a hefty way next year, hardware and software.

They won't be down that much. Besides Wii U will be out with plenty of consoles to go around. We might even get PS4 + Xbox Next. 
Vita might pick up sales(hopefully) and 3DS can too.

It's definitely possible IMO.
