I mean, cracking it yes, but breaking and going through it? Look at that gif again, the monitor stand doesn't move a bit.

I know that the gif most probably is showing the results of some "tricks" putted together.  But, breaking through things, is a matter of strenght and speed.   Dont know if someone that is not Bruce Lee would be able to do it; but if he/she has enough strenght and speed, she/he should be able to.  It is a matter of training.     It is improbable? yes, but posible :)
