I can't speak for others but that's not the reason why I dislike (I don't hate any game) Modern Warfare. I actually loved COD 4. Then Activision came and said "The next one will feature the same for more... Because people will buy it anyway.". Off course they were right,.. Sadly enough. So I don't care wether Activision only makes 1 million or 1 Billion with each COD. I care about how they treat me as a customer and whether a game actually delivers a new, better experience.

Fair enough. Though but when i asked people what do you want from COD in general or a particular COD they usually have seriously mediocre statements. The amount of content they put on the disk is amazing and gameplay is refined with every iteration. The servers for those old games are still supported. Anyways i respect your opinion for what it is and don't want to turn this thread COD discussion. :)
