No, you can't, at least not at launch ( http://www.nintendo.co.uk/Wii-U/Wii-U-344102.html , see under "Packs & Accessories"), and that's the main reason why I'll get the premium pack: I want the black one (32 GB is the secondary reason).

so it set,it's quite rare for nintendo to launch with a black console,of course not being a nintendo man i could have a shady memory,i know they go black but launch,was the N64 grey or black i have a grey memory

N64 was a light black or dark grey depending on how you see it. AFAIK this is the first home console to launch in more than one color.
