Eternal Darkness 2 would be an excellent project for them to work on in many respects.
1. Though niche, it has a hardcore built-in fanbase that would lap it up, and they are in dire need of cash right now.
2. Nintendo's on a niche-M-Rated-game publishing spree right now, what with funding Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge and bringing Bayonetta 2 back from the dead. This would be great for their gamer cred.
3. They could f**k with our brains in SO many awesome ways with dat GamePad...
